I understand that the Club is a cooperative of amateur paddling enthusiasts and that the members and trip coordinators do not represent themselves as professional boating guides. I fully accept and assume all risks and dangers that may arise out of my participation in this activity and agree to release and hold harmless the Marin Canoe & Kayak Club, its officers, trip coordinators, other trip participants, and any other parties against any and all liability for any loss, injury, disability, death, or damages caused by or resulting from my participation in this event.
